Sri. Jayaram Kikkeri
Srikar has been learning to play the Carnatic Flute from Sri. Jayaram Kikkeri since 2018.
Sri. Jayaram is an exponent of Carnatic Classical Instrument music (Flute), hailing from a family dedicated to the profession of teaching with immense interest and respect for music. He started his career as a student under the able guidance of Vidwan Mani Kant for a period of three years.
His knowledge, dedication and talent towards music with encouragement from his parents brought him to Mysore to reap his career fruitful under the guidance of Vidwan A.V. Prakash, a renowned Flutist from Mysore.
Jayaram is one of the most sought after flutist in the field of Classical music, Light Music, Commercial recordings & Dance
Endowed with a charming personality, Jayaram has performed with utmost distinction at several prestigious concert halls and festivals in India and abroad. He has received many noteworthy recognition and appreciation from press and public.
He has given concerts in different T.V. Channels like udaya, chandana and Nada Neerajanam of TTD and All India Radio. He was a team member in the popular E T.V. show called “Ede Thumbi Haadidenu” conducted by Sri S.P. Balasubramanyam.
He is a B- HIGH grade artist of All India Radio. Being a successful solo performer, he has also accompanied internationally acclaimed dancers in Bharatanatyam & Kuchipudi. He has also given many fusion concerts with western musicians.

Natyatharanga organization has conferred RASHTREEYA KALAPOSHAK SANMAN on him for his contribution to the field of music and dance. Sadhana Sangama Trust has conferred SADHANA KALAYOGI award on him for the year 2020. Geeva arts Foundation has conferred the Lifetime achievement award and Mayor of Louisville Kentucky has honored him with an HONORARY CITIZEN OF LOUISVILLE USA.
